When I first found out my sister was pregnant, I knew I wanted to find a way to capture her pregnancy that felt both authentic and genuine, while paying homage to the growth and changes her body was going to go through. I decided to use film to do this because I loved the idea of not being able to see the images in real time and having to wait for them to be developed. There is also just something about film that feels so timeless and classic. 

These images are so special to me and I love the story they tell and the emotions they convey. Women are so incredibly powerful and I hope these photos make you feel inspired by the strength of women. Huge thanks to my sister Megan and my new niece Lilliana for allowing me to capture these moments of growth and joy.
